Role and Responsibilities:

As a Medication Aide, you will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer experience while managing pharmacy operations and supervising pharmacy technicians. You will lead your team to meet sales goals, maintain compliance standards, and create a safe environment that encourages customer loyalty.

• Develop a superior customer service model by following the principles of the Customer 1st strategy.
• Empower and inspire colleagues to provide excellent service to customers.
• Ensure the pharmacy space is safe, well-kempt, and systematically arranged.
• Fulfill departmental sales and profit targets.
• Govern expenditures while upholding quality assurance guidelines.
• Organize technician timetables based on the requirements of the company.
• Track and supervise the activities, responsibilities, and duties of each department.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Confirmed capability to motivate and lead pharmacy personnel.
• Demonstrates excellence in customer service delivery and effective interpersonal interaction.
• Skillful in overseeing sales results and operational performance.
• Skilled in overseeing and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards in a healthcare setting through real-world practice.
• Familiarity with the legal mandates and operational procedures in pharmacy settings is key.
