Job Summary of Assistant Department Manager:
As the Assistant Department Manager, it is your responsibility to guide, support, and model the behaviors that result in an exceptional customer service experience for Crew Members. To support the growth and success of the brand, you strive to create a unified atmosphere, increase team productivity, and ensure the smooth operation of the store.
Responsibilities of Assistant Department Manager:

Qualifications of Assistant Department Manager:
- 3+ years of recent retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience
- 2+ years of recent experience at the management or supervisory level
- A high school degree or equivalent
- A history of developing individuals and teams through empowerment and integrity
