Job Requirements:

• Candidates with 0-6 months of experience are ideal for this opportunity
• Demonstrated experience with electric pallet jacks is a positive attribute
• Lack of a high school diploma does not hinder individuals from participating in this educational endeavor
• Requirement for lifting: Not exceeding 100 pounds
• The minimum age for this requirement is 18 years old

Job Responsibilities:

• Having the capacity to perform mathematical operations is necessary.
• With a voice-activated warehouse management system, accurately choose products by aligning slot numbers with their corresponding descriptions.
• Lift and place cases weighing up to 100 lbs from pick slots onto pallets, using appropriate lifting methods at floor level, shoulder height, and overhead.
• Attain and retain established productivity criteria.
• Formulate secure and well-proportioned pallet arrangements using cases of diverse sizes and weights to prevent any shipping-related damages.
• Secure and organize finished pallets of selected products with shrink-wrap in the designated shipping lanes for loading efficiency.
• Establish clear lines of communication with supervisors regarding safety protocols, equipment conditions, damaged goods, and potential problems.
• Adapt your availability and work hours to support the organization's production demands and be open to working varied shifts and times as necessary.
• Comply with all company rules, protocols, and safety measures, which involve the safe operation of equipment and the upkeep of a clean and secure working environment.
• Follow the required steps to maintain the safety of food.
• Accomplish various duties within the warehouse as assigned and necessary.
