Job Summary of Fresh Selector:

Join a fast paced distribution team responsible for selecting and preparing store orders efficiently and accurately. This role involves consistent physical activity, including walking, lifting, and operating equipment. Ideal for individuals who thrive in a hands on warehouse environment and enjoy contributing to smooth store operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Fresh Selector:

• Select and lift approximately 200 cases per hour with weights averaging 20 to 25 lbs.
• Use a voice-activated radio headset system to receive order instructions and ensure accuracy.
• Walk six to eight miles per shift while selecting products for shipment.
• Stack and organize products on pallets according to load and safety requirements.
• Assist in staging and preparing completed orders for shipping to retail locations.
• Operate forklifts or other powered industrial trucks as needed (certification preferred).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse workspace.
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines during operations.

Qualifications and Experience of Fresh Selector:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in warehouse or distribution environments is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work in physically demanding conditions and on your feet for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of warehouse systems and safety practices.
• Forklift experience or certification is desirable but not required.
