Role and Responsibilities:

As a Floral Clerk, you will assist with the design and merchandising of floral items and arrangements to meet customer needs and enhance store displays.

• Assist in designing and merchandising floral arrangements for display and sale
• Create custom floral arrangements based on customer requests
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized floral department
• Demonstrate and uphold company core values in all interactions

Required Skills and Experience:

• Basic knowledge of floral design and merchandising
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Commitment to respecting diversity, inclusion, and safety standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in floral design or retail merchandising
• Creative skills and a good eye for floral aesthetics
