The position of an Assistant Hospitality Manager requires you to help the Guest Service Manager in managing guest interactions and service quality at the store's entrance, ensuring exceptional service provision and successful outcomes. Responsibilities of Assistant Hospitality Manager:

• Responsible for monitoring front-end and cash office operations and regulations, which include supervising cash management, key allocation, and safekeeping
• Lead the management of front-end guest flow to achieve operational excellence and deliver a superb shopping experience consistently
• Guide the guest service team in their responsibilities to uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards at the front end and guest restroom facilities according to the set schedule
• Making sure to adhere to ordering schedules and having a proactive approach to reduce waste and product damage is essential
• Offer on-the-job guidance, motivation, coaching, and training through The Fresh Market's internal training platform to ensure team members deliver exceptional guest service in a secure environment

Qualifications of Assistant Hospitality Manager:

• Extensive history of over three years in a customer-focused role
• Experience in a leadership position for at least a year
• Familiarity with the operation of Microsoft Office programs
• Being at least 18 years old is mandatory
