Job Summary of Food Service Associate:

As a Food Service Associate, your responsibilities will include assisting customers, maintaining product organization, and participating in the cleanliness upkeep of the store to ensure a conducive shopping environment. Responsibilities of Food Service Associate:

• Continuously strive to offer superb guest service, catering to all their needs:
• Involving with our clients to understand their needs and desires in order to aid them in creating their meal solutions
• Remaining abreast of the store’s product inventory and weekly promotions and working collaboratively with various departments to support customers
• Establish a welcoming shopping experience through the strategic merchandising and stocking of our products and specialty items throughout the day, in addition to offering assistance to nearby customers
• Help keep the store tidy by collecting carts from the parking lot and assisting with other cleaning duties
• Abiding by The Fresh Market standards for the proper acceptance and stocking of products
• Slice and arrange various meats, cheeses, and convenient meal choices in the department throughout the day, while upholding the quality of products
• Project professionalism through the observance of designated uniform standards

Qualifications of Food Service Associate:

• 3 plus years of experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality field
• 1 plus years of leadership experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be at least 18 years of age
