• Operate scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronic equipment accurately to support business operations.
• Complete transactions by accepting payments, confirming prices and quantities, and issuing receipts.
• Handle refunds and exchanges professionally and courteously.
• Address customer questions, resolve complaints, and provide helpful product information.
• Greet customers as they enter and exit the store.
• Maintain a clean and organized payment area.
• Package and handle customer orders carefully, prioritizing accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
• Basic math skills for accurate transaction handling.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks diligently and responsibly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:
