Responsibilities of Produce Team Member:

• Build connections with clients to establish a foundation of trust.
• Convey a friendly and engaging presence through the use of welcoming eye contact and inviting body language.
• Respond to customer queries in a manner that meets their needs.
• Arrange stock products in accordance with established merchandising standards.
• Take advantage of technology to complete tasks and activities in a timely manner.
• Practice safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain the high standard of service and goods offered to our customers.
• This role is designated for the Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, and Grocery departments.

Qualification of Produce Team Member:

• Your methodical approach and emphasis on organization are clear characteristics you possess.
• Proficient in clear communication and strong listening skills, whether in-person or online.
• Keenness for learning new technology or existing familiarity with tools required for the job.
• Demonstrating problem-solving skills and a keen willingness to troubleshoot whenever necessary.

• Possessing the capability to handle the intensity of a fast-paced work environment with poise.
• Drive to interact with clients consistently.
• Skill in raising, transporting, pushing, pulling, bending, and rotating when dealing with merchandise.
• Skill in enduring prolonged periods of standing.
