The critical responsibilities of the Produce Team Member include restocking, cleaning, and assisting customers in the Produce Department, all while embodying a positive and helpful attitude. Responsibilities of Produce Team Member:
- Maintains a hygienic and secure environment in the produce section, floral area, storage space, and workplace by performing cleaning activities, which include sanitizing shelves and products, preventing liquid spills, and clearing any unsafe debris from the floor.
- The stocks team oversees the floral department's maintenance, encompassing duties such as product presentation, rotation, facing, restocking, and inventory organization based on the Produce Department's schematic layout and ensuring the correct tagging and pricing of items.
- Assists customers with their queries and aids them in making purchases, selecting products, and obtaining information; involves the sale and promotion of products to enhance customer experience.
- Inspects, records, and categorizes products to ensure their shipment correctness, temperature suitability, and quality assurance.
- Monitors the point of purchase messaging, ensuring a range of recipe cards, product coupons, promotional content, and details on complementary food items.
- Entails the utilization of tools such as cutting implements, measuring instruments, wrapping appliances, compacting devices, waste disposal systems, pallet transporters, and manual trolleys.
- Being part of pre-inventory preparation includes responsibilities like sorting out back stock and validating tag alignment with the products.
- Plays a role in the implementation of the cut fruit and vegetable initiative.
- Directly oversees the department's sales and profitability targets.
- Consistently displays expertise in product knowledge and preparation techniques.
- Consistently surveys the department to ensure a clean and orderly presentation for an organized and sanitary atmosphere.

Qualification of of Produce Team Member:
- Obtaining a high school degree or a similar level of academic certification.
