Responsibilities of Produce Department Clerk:

• Offer assistance and guidance to customers in locating and choosing products.
• Complete specified restocking, purging, and reorganizing procedures in compliance with set rules.
• Stick to rules and benchmarks while preparing, slicing, wrapping, and measuring products to uphold quality standards.
• Undertake assigned cleaning responsibilities to promote cleanliness and comply with food safety standards.
• Contribute to departmental success by meeting goals through unwavering commitment to product quality excellence.
• Achieve the operational efficiency metrics outlined in Management Planning.
• Strengthen familiarity with a variety of items in the produce department.
• Elevate customer encounters by being amiable, accommodating, and vigilant.
• Participate in training sessions for new associates according to the assignment.
• Complete other functions and duties as specified by supervision.
