Meat Wrapper

Company Overview:

Superior Grocers is hiring a Meat Wrapper to support operations in the meat department. This role ensures cases are fully stocked with fresh, high-quality beef, pork, poultry, and seafood products while delivering excellent customer service to enhance the store's success.

Role and Responsibilities:

The Meat Wrapper is responsible for the accurate handling and presentation of meat products in accordance with company standards.

• Receive, store, wrap, weigh, and price meat department products.
• Merchandise and rotate products to maintain freshness and visual appeal.
• Work with management and associates to ensure displays are fully stocked.
• Provide attentive and friendly customer service.
• Follow company standards for cleanliness, safety, and quality.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to handle meat products with care and attention to quality standards.
• Basic math and weighing skills for pricing and packaging.
• Customer service skills to support positive shopping experiences.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay range: $16.75 to $21.00 per hour.
• Competitive benefits package available.
