Responsibilities include warmly greeting, assisting, and thanking customers in a friendly and respectful manner, operating the register accurately, and handling payments efficiently. Responsibilities of Retail Checkout Associate:

• Continuously prioritize understanding and addressing customer needs. Provide greetings, aid, and thanks to customers promptly, respectfully, and with a warm attitude.
• Record transactions accurately through the scanning system.
• Exhibit competence in using cashiering machinery, identifying all kinds of payment and providing accurate change promptly.
• Manage inventory and uphold cleanliness at the front of the store for a well-maintained appearance.
• Please place the carts back in the shopping cart corral when you're done.
• Inform management immediately if there are any cases of employee theft, customer theft, unapproved markdowns, vandalism of company assets, or any actions that are unlawful or contrary to company regulations.
• Conduct other assigned job responsibilities.

Qualifications of Retail Checkout Associate:

• Align with the age specifications mandated by relevant authorities and corporate policies to undertake operational responsibilities.
• The skillfulness in comprehending, composing, and articulating in English proficiently.
• Aptitude for understanding and acting upon English instructions.
• The legal right to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the required visa for employment.
• Meeting the standards for pre-employment drug testing and background verification is mandatory for job eligibility.
