As a Meat Packaging Clerk at ShopRite, your responsibilities include keeping the work area clean, tidy, and safe, inspecting refrigeration units regularly to ensure they are functioning correctly, promptly reporting any malfunctions, following proper maintenance procedures for equipment, reporting issues with machinery promptly, and adhering to sanitation guidelines outlined by the Company.

Responsibilities of Meat Packaging Clerk:

Welcome patrons warmly and offer support in choosing meat products and responding to inquiries about our offerings.
Adhere to ShopRite guidelines by correctly packaging, measuring, valuing, and tagging meat and poultry items.
Keep products fresh by regularly rotating inventory and making sure that all shelves are tidy, orderly, and adequately filled.
Adhere to all regulations regarding food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness to uphold the quality and safety of the products.
