Role and Responsibilities

As a Checkout Service Associate, you are the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in creating an enjoyable shopping experience. You will provide friendly assistance, maintain organized front-end areas, and work closely with your team to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.

• Offer welcoming, attentive service by greeting customers and assisting at checkout.
• Bag groceries carefully to protect products and provide a convenient shopping experience.
• Answer customer inquiries and guide them to the appropriate departments or staff.
• Collect and arrange shopping carts and baskets from store entrances and parking areas.
• Keep front-end areas clean, tidy, and well-organized to maintain a positive store environment.
• Support daily store operations by performing light restocking, price checks, and returning items to shelves.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to maintain a safe, efficient, and customer-friendly store environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, grocery, or customer service roles is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of store procedures, product handling, and safety standards.
