Responsibilities of Produce Stock Associate:

• Extend greetings and aid customers in finding and making selections from products.
• Conduct designated stocking, discarding, and reordering steps according to approved protocols.
• Abide by set criteria and quality objectives when packaging, slicing, wrapping, and measuring goods.
• Accomplish designated cleaning tasks to sustain sanitation levels and adhere to food safety guidelines.
• In order to meet department goals, it is essential to comply with the highest standards for product quality.
• Accomplish the performance expectations detailed in the Management Planning document.
• Deepen awareness of different products available in the produce section.
• Cultivate positive customer relationships by demonstrating a warm, supportive, and vigilant approach.
• Assist in the coaching and mentoring of recently onboarded employees.
• Follow instructions from management to perform additional duties and tasks.
