Job Summary of Deputy Store Manager:

As a Deputy Store Manager, your duties include guiding and fostering Crew Members by offering advice, assistance, and modeling the behaviors that lead to an exceptional customer service encounter. You strive to create a collaborative space, enhance team productivity, and oversee the smooth operation of the store to support the brand's development and achievement.

Qualifications of Deputy Store Manager:

Possessing three or more years of recent experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality roles
Possessing more than two years of recent experience at the managerial or supervisory level
Attainment of a high school diploma or a comparable certification
The journey of nurturing and enhancing the capabilities of individuals and teams by entrusting them with responsibilities and ensuring ethical conduct
