Job Summary:

Lead the Bakery Department by overseeing and supervising staff, procuring ingredients and materials, and executing marketing strategies to drive business expansion, satisfy customer needs, and increase profits.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 3 to 5 years of prior experience
• No formal high school certification necessary to apply for designated educational program
• Lifting Limit: Can lift weights up to 100 pounds in weight
• Minimum age of 18 years is necessary

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out all duties of a Bakery Manager in their nonattendance.
• Capacity to comprehend and comply with the terms outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Offer goods and services that consistently meet or surpass the needs of internal and external clients while adhering to the organization's shared mission, objective, and fundamental values.
• Adhere to all company protocols and guidelines to prevent items from being unavailable, uphold product display quality, boost revenue, enhance customer contentment, ensure a safe workplace, and reduce losses due to theft.
• Create and uphold communication strategies with various departments to establish marketing strategies that align with the store's financial goals.
• Supervise, manage, and assess the training conducted by a trainer for department staff to minimize staff turnover, enhance productivity, and manage labor expenses.
• Organize, uphold, and monitor documentation related to stock levels and operational procedures for the purpose of determining total monthly earnings as per the guidelines of the Company.
• Monitor stock levels through weekly reviews and place orders for necessary materials and resources to fulfill customer demands and enhance financial gains.
• Being prepared to put in the necessary hours to finish assignments.
• Working in a retail setting with regular involvement in the operations and tools utilized in the bakery section.
