We are expanding and in search of an entry-level team member to serve as a Merchandise Team Member, focusing on various retail duties such as product handling, customer service, pricing, inventory supervision, and merchandise presentation. Additionally, working alongside other team members and managers for supplementary tasks will be expected.

This position will be responsible for delivering remarkable customer service by providing customers with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service and a friendly attitude.This entry level team member position will be exposed to a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service and merchandising.

Responsibilities of Merchandise Team Member:

• Cultivating a good rapport with customers is important.
• Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.
• Provide guidance to customers seeking information and ensure they are connected to the right personnel for support in case of complex queries.
• Keep stock items and display arrangements in line with merchandising standards to ensure a consistent and attractive presentation.
• Leverage technology to finalize tasks and engagements in a streamlined manner.
• The role applies to various areas like Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal, and Floral departments.

Qualification of Merchandise Team Member:

• You are detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong listening and communications skills, face-to-face and virtually.
• Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job-specific technology.
• Problem-solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary.
• You are process-driven and able to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way.
• You work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Desire to work with customers on a consistent basis.
