Job Summary of Food Production Supervisor:

This role is perfect for a high-energy, collaborative individual with a passion for leadership and delivering exceptional food service. Responsibilities include assisting in managing food operations, ensuring food safety and quality, and providing fast, friendly service. The individual helps lead the team, maintains food presentation standards, and supports the Store Manager in creating a positive experience for guests and team members that aligns with company values.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Food Production Supervisor:

• Give a warm reception to visitors to initiate a welcoming atmosphere.
• Organize the regulation of food inventory management, costs, disposal of unused items, food preparation, and plating techniques.
• Ensure the food service area is in compliance with sanitation standards through proper cleanliness measures.
• Meet expectations for food sales performance, including pizza, breakfast offerings, and beverage sales.
• Support and mentor team members in mastering food safety protocols and procedures for safe food handling.
• Build partnerships with third-party suppliers to ensure effective food safety monitoring and training protocols.
• Manage inventory levels and appropriately rotate food supplies.
• Perform guest transactions with efficiency and a dedication to providing excellent customer care.
• Assist the Store Manager or Guest Service Leader in carrying out any extra tasks that may be assigned.

Qualifications and Experience of Food Production Supervisor:

• Candidates must meet the educational requirement of holding a high school diploma or GED.
• This position requires a minimum of six months of retail or food service experience.
• Retail, service, or restaurant experience of one year is a plus.
• While it can be beneficial, a ServSafe certification is not essential.
• Effective at interacting in a friendly and welcoming way with both guests and colleagues.
• Projecting strong energy, flexibility in adapting rapidly, and a unified team ethos.
