The duties include executing processing, sanitation, safety, and stocking procedures to maintain the freshness and attractive display of fruits, vegetables, and other produce items.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Customer Service Associate:

• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by helping guests select produce items and addressing their inquiries.
• Perform the necessary steps for trimming, processing, and packaging newly harvested produce items according to company guidelines.
• Guarantee that cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards are consistently maintained in all produce locations.
• Regularly refresh and rearrange produce displays to maintain the quality of products and ensure there is always a supply on hand for customers.
• Check the condition of the produce to ensure freshness and remove any items that are expired or compromised.
• It is imperative to consistently adhere to the prescribed procedures for food safety and handling.

Qualifications and Experience of Customer Service Associate:

• Preference may be given to individuals with a high school diploma or an equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of produce, grocery, or retail operations is beneficial in a professional setting.
