Pharmacy Associate

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Pharmacy Associate, you will assist in the daily operations of our pharmacy fulfillment process. Your responsibilities include:

• Process deliveries and ensure proper handling of pharmaceutical products.
• Pack and sort medications with accuracy and care.
• Scan orders to verify accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare orders for delivery to stores in a timely and organized manner.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support pharmacy operations and meet goals.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling prescriptions and medications.
• Ability to follow safety, quality, and compliance guidelines consistently.
• Organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work onsite and engage directly with pharmacy operations and staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy, healthcare, or warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with prescription handling procedures and HIPAA guidelines.
