• Maintain consistent awareness of customer needs and strive to exceed their expectations.
• Acknowledge and aid clients promptly and cheerfully.
• Offer suggestions and insights to assist customers in their product selections.
• Organize and switch around bakery goods to maintain their freshness and presence.
• Safely and effectively handle bakery equipment and utensils during operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery space while also promoting safety.
• Keep track of product quality, appearance, and ensure accurate labeling.
• Help with accepting, unboxing, and sorting bakery deliveries.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or violations of policies to the management.
• Carry out other job responsibilities as directed.

Qualifications of Bakery Production Associate:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills.
• Operate bakery equipment (e.g., slicer, oven, scale, knives, box cutter and pricing gun) according to company guidelines.
