Role and Responsibilities:

In the role of Dairy Department Associate, you will manage the stocking, organization, and quality of dairy products to ensure a positive shopping experience. Your contributions help maintain a safe, clean, and orderly department.

• Stock and arrange dairy items on shelves and displays in an organized manner.
• Check product freshness and promptly remove expired or damaged items.
• Assist customers in locating dairy products and provide helpful information.
• Keep refrigerators, freezers, and the dairy area clean and orderly.
• Adhere to company policies for product handling, safety, and sanitation.
• Collaborate with fellow department clerks and store associates to support daily operations.
• Take part in inventory counts and ensure timely product replenishment.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to safely lift and transport dairy products up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Capability to stand for extended periods and work in cold environments.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in grocery or retail environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
