Job Summary of Crew Stocker:

This role is responsible for stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining clean aisles to create a positive shopping experience for customers. Working primarily during night shifts, you will ensure shelves are fully stocked, displays are neat, and the store environment is safe and accessible.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Crew Stocker:

• Stock merchandise on shelves in assigned areas of the store.
• Open cases safely using approved tools and place items in designated locations.
• Face merchandise by pulling products forward to maintain an attractive display.
• Clean and dust shelves to ensure store presentation meets company standards.
• Maintain aisles free of clutter and ensure safe walkways for customers and employees.

Qualifications and Experience of Crew Stocker:

• Ability to work night shifts with reliability and consistency.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and stock products as needed.
• Attention to detail in product placement and store presentation.
• Commitment to safety and following company procedures.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
