Store Manager
Job Summary of Store Manager:
This position involves learning and executing the daily operations of a retail location, supporting store leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. It includes hands-on training with experienced leaders to gain knowledge in staffing, inventory, food safety, merchandising, and customer service. The individual will contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked environment, while developing skills for future leadership opportunities within the organization.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Manager:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and ensure a friendly atmosphere.
- Support store operations by learning and assisting with scheduling, coaching, and training team members.
- Monitor and restock merchandise, maintaining optimal product levels and shelf organization.
- Participate in food safety, quality control, and merchandising standards in food service areas.
- Ensure store cleanliness, including coffee stations, food areas, and restrooms.
- Operate the cash register efficiently and assist with financial processes where applicable.
- Support event and meeting setup, and contribute to store readiness during weekends and holidays.
- Travel as needed to support nearby store locations or to deliver deposits.
- Perform tasks as assigned by store leadership or supervisory team.
Qualifications and Experience of Store Manager:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of experience in retail, food service, or guest service required.
- Leadership experience in a related environment preferred.
- ServSafe or food safety certification is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable interacting with guests and team members in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong energy, flexibility, and a willingness to support team needs.
- Basic computer skills helpful.
