Role and Responsibilities:
As a Produce Specialist, you will support daily operations in the produce department and provide friendly, knowledgeable service. Your responsibilities include:
- Help the department head meet the set targets for sales and profitability.
- Oversee and preserve quality assurance benchmarks for all harvested goods.
- Develop a departmental environment that prioritizes safety, cleanliness, and orderliness to elevate the quality of customer interactions.
- Organize and swap out fresh produce items to uphold their freshness and enhance their visual attractiveness.
- Interact with customers by showcasing expertise on products, responding to queries, and proposing ideas.
- Adhere to the guidelines for food safety, cleanliness, and company policies to maintain standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of high school education or its comparable certification.
- Past exposure to the grocery, produce, or food service sector.

- Communication abilities in more than one language.
