Responsibilities of Grocery Stock Associate:

• Grocery Stock Associate at Sprouts Farmers Market are versatile employees who work across various store divisions, like Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen departments. They perform tasks such as stocking shelves, filling frozen food bins, and helping to ensure the store remains clean and visually appealing.
• As a Grocery Stock Associate, you may be tasked with responsibilities such as accepting deliveries of products, ensuring their correctness, and transferring items to the sales area using a variety of equipment.
• One of the tasks of Grocery Stock Associate is rotating products consistently to maintain the freshness of items provided to customers.

Qualifications of Grocery Stock Associate:

• One must have surpassed the age of 15 to qualify
• Illustrate your reliability by being available to work different schedules, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Maintaining a standard of mutual respect and ethical behavior is paramount in cultivating an inclusive and diverse atmosphere at Sprouts.
• Show positivity and strong interpersonal skills in your interactions with customers
• Demonstrate proficient communication skills and are adept at engaging in teamwork while being open to receiving instructions
• Capable of carrying out repetitive tasks, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, organizing and prioritizing efficiently
• Candidates will be required to transfer boxes weighing up to 60 lbs. either horizontally or vertically, between the 5 and 34 ranges, over a maximum distance of 5 feet, all without the use of any mechanical support, and this should be sustained for a period of 25 hours.
• Follow all safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures standards
• Undertake other relevant tasks as delegated.
