Role and Responsibilities:

As a Florist, you will assist with the design and merchandising of floral items and arrangements to meet customer needs and enhance store displays.

• Help with the development and selling of flower compositions for presentation and trade
• Arrange flowers according to the distinct requirements of each customer
• Deliver exceptional customer support to ensure customer happiness
• Keep the floral area organized, secure, and clean
• Manifest and adhere to the core values of the organization in all encounters

Required Skills and Experience:

• Primary grasp of floral design fundamentals and retail display tactics
• Solid customer relationship management skills
• Possessing the skill to navigate through fast-paced work conditions while ensuring meticulousness

Preferred Qualifications:
