Role and Responsibilities:

As a Front End Lead/Cashier, you will assist the Service Operations Manager in supervising Front End policies and procedures, overseeing cashier performance, managing labor control, and enhancing customer relations. This role supports both full-time and part-time positions with flexible hours.

• Assist in supervising Front End policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and support cashier performance to provide excellent customer service.
• Manage labor control to optimize staffing and scheduling.
• Maintain positive customer relations and resolve issues promptly.

Required Skills and Experience:

• No prior experience required; immediate hiring available.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous retail or cashier experience is a plus but not required.
