Job Summary of Clerk:

This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in the Starbucks kiosk and dining areas. The position ensures that stations are maintained throughout the shift and properly closed at the end of the day, creating a clean and welcoming environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Clerk:

Greet and assist guests promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk and dining areas during shifts.
Properly close down stations, including cleaning, restocking, and securing supplies.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.

Qualifications and Experience of Clerk:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting.
