Extend continuous care to customers by promptly and politely addressing their needs, assisting them, and expressing thanks.
Present customers with tailored product recommendations to meet their expectations.
Sustain the freshness and quality of produce items by consistently rotating their stock
Use tools and equipment within the department safely and with efficiency.
Create a safe and hazard-free workspace by keeping it clean and orderly.
Be vigilant in reporting to management instances of team member theft, customer theft, unauthorized discounts, property defacement, or any behaviors that are illegal or non-compliant with company policies.
Conduct other relevant job responsibilities as directed.

Qualifications of Produce & Grocery Associate:

Must be 18 years of age.
