Job Summary of Bakery Assistant:

This role is crucial for the efficient ruing of the bake shop through the provision of exceptional service, the maintenance of product quality, and the upkeep of cleanliness and organization. By offering freshly baked goods, responding to product inquiries, and following food safety standards, this position significantly contributes to enhancing the in-store customer experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Bakery Assistant:

• Help customers by addressing their questions and assisting them in locating items within the bakery.
• Ensure that baked goods are prepared, packaged, and labeled according to company policies.
• Follow protocols for cleanliness and sanitation in work and presentation areas without fail.
• Maintain an appealing display of baked products and rotate them regularly to uphold their freshness.
• Follow the company's policy on food safety and handling procedures diligently.
• Help out in other departments by supporting team members with their tasks.
• Make sure to report any equipment or product difficulties to the relevant team leaders or managers.

Qualifications and Experience of Bakery Assistant:

• Candidates with a history of customer service or food preparation are preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities are advantageous qualities.
• Ability to navigate a fast-moving retail environment with ease.
