The position of Deli Staff Member requires you to assist customers in creating a positive shopping environment, maintaining product organization, and upholding store cleanliness. Responsibilities of Deli Staff Member:

• Always aim to provide top-notch guest experiences by meeting their expectations
• Communicating with our patrons to discover their preferences and requirements to aid in tailoring their dining choices
• Staying informed about the range of products and special deals available in the store and cooperating with various departments to support customers
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by arranging and restocking our products and specialty items throughout the day, all the while providing assistance to nearby customers
• Retrieve carts from the parking lot and aid in maintaining the store's cleanliness
• Conforming to The Fresh Market requirements for accepting and inventorying goods accurately
• Slice and prep an array of meats, cheeses, and easy-to-prepare meals within the department consistently while keeping optimal levels of product quality
• Display a professional image by complying with the specified dress code requirements
