Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Stocker:

• Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom according to company guidelines.
• Ensure all displays are stocked neatly and attractively to improve the customer shopping experience.
• Regularly rotate stock to ensure product freshness and reduce waste.
• Assist customers by bagging groceries and providing carry-out services as needed.
• Collaborate with fellow associates to help meet store goals and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, ensuring shelves and backroom areas are organized and safe.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Stocker:
