Role and Responsibilities:

In this position, you will oversee all tasks related to receiving and storing goods, ensuring smooth product movement and adherence to corporate and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage operations related to receiving and storing merchandise, including unloading shipments, verifying through RF scans, storing products in assigned areas, handling cross-dock logistics, and selecting flow-through items.
• Arrive on time, with appropriate grooming, attire, and readiness for all scheduled work shifts.
• Comply with OSHA and Whole Foods guidelines for operating a powered pallet jack or forklift.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment consistently.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols mandated by OSHA and the facility.
• Report any accidents or injuries immediately to the Team Leader or Facility Leadership.
• Receive deliveries from trucks, cross-check with bill of lading, log details into the warehouse management system, and prepare for storage allocation.
• Assess incoming inventory to ensure alignment with food safety standards.
• Properly tag products following verification for proper placement.
• Execute necessary putaway duties and maintain all relevant equipment in proper condition.
• Perform accurate receiving, organizing, and selecting of products throughout the process.
• Correctly position and organize cross-dock inventory during check-in.
• Maintain unobstructed receiving areas for products, recyclables, and waste.
• Load sustainable materials and products onto trucks for delivery.
• Complete all required inbound documentation with precision.
• Participate in all scheduled team and facility meetings.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly wages range from $22.00 to $39.60, varying based on experience.
