Store Operations Manager

Job Summary of Store Operations Manager:

Accountable for store office security and the appropriate administration of cash office funds. Conducting front end clerical functions proficiently and ensuring top-level customer service is provided consistently.

Responsibilities of Store Operations Manager:

• Ensure the completion of the cash and sales reports on a daily basis and summarize the weekly outcomes. Deposits must be carried out at the end of each shift.
• Scrutinize and modify the change fund composition.
• Sort and record all bank deposits accurately, and verify the authenticity of all returned bank slips.
• In charge of verifying cashiers' tills at the onset and conclusion of their shifts, as well as during breaks and lunch periods, while adhering to cash control protocols.
• Have all the essential items ready for the protected car service.
• Entrusted with overseeing cash handling procedures in the office and ensuring the safe is kept locked when idle.
• Carry out and reinforce the company's measures for preventing shoplifting incidents.
• Maintain and ensure compliance with the emergency code protocol.
• Utilize quick-response Front End procedures as required.
• When the situation demands, proceed with a master reset or transition between master and sub-master states.
• Entrusted with the task of overseeing the reporting process conducted at the Front End of the store, which includes check transmittals, soda machine reports, and similar paperwork.
• Supervise and handle transfers among different store locations.
• Monitor an NSF folder and guarantee the proper enforcement of procedures for dealing with insufficient funds checks.
• Coordinate with department supervisors to evaluate Front End performance.
• Consistently review void card differences on a weekly basis to uphold record integrity.
• Abide by all the laws and guidelines of the USA Patriot Act and Bank Secrecy Act in the context of Redner's Markets' anti-money laundering protocol.
• Abide by the protocols outlined in the official company Employee Handbook.
• Tend to, evaluate, and pass on incoming calls to the designated recipients.
• Manage cash register operations and support with bagging groceries as needed.
• Manage the procurement and maintenance of office supplies originating from the main headquarters.
• Undertake scheduled checker inspections.
• Study and accentuate the auditor analysis to showcase satisfactory/unsatisfactory standings.
