Job Description:

Warehouse Selectors are responsible for accurately and safely selecting undamaged products. Their role involves fulfilling store orders, meeting delivery deadlines, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in counting is a fundamental skill.
• Use a voice-activated system in the warehouse to accurately select products by associating slot numbers with product descriptions effectively.
• Transport 100 lb cases from pick slots to pallets while ensuring they are lifted properly from floor level, shoulder height, and overhead.
• Achieve and sustain productivity standards that have been set.
• Produce resilient pallet configurations by combining cases of varying sizes and weights, promoting secure transportation without any damage.
• Utilize shrink-wrap to bundle and position completed pallets of chosen items in the proper shipping lanes for loading convenience.
• Keep supervisors abreast of safety-related matters, equipment status, damaged products, and any issues that may surface.
• Show readiness to work different times, shifts, and overtime as required to meet the organization's production needs and requirements.
• Observe all corporate policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including the proper operation of equipment and contributing to the preservation of a clean and safe working environment.
• Adhere to the recommended practices for maintaining food safety.
• Execute assorted duties within the warehouse as requested and designated.

Requirements:

• Previous experience not mandatory, but 0-6 months is advantageous
• Candidates with experience handling electric pallet jacks will be favored
• There is no need for candidates to possess a high school diploma to apply for this educational program
• Weight lifting demand: Limited to a maximum of 100 pounds
• You must be at least 18 years old to meet the age criteria
