Job Summary of Sales Associate:

This role supports store operations by delivering friendly and efficient service, maintaining organized shelves, and ensuring customers receive the necessary assistance during their shopping experience. The position requires working in various departments and contributing to a clean, safe, and customer-friendly store environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Associate:

• Aid patrons in finding products by addressing their questions and offering guidance.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, rotate merchandise consistently, and keep displays clean.
• Support inventory management by verifying stock levels and reporting any inconsistencies found.
• Utilize tools like pricing equipment or manual trolleys as needed.
• Uphold strict safety and sanitation standards throughout the store premises.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain store functionality.
• Offering backup support to different departments to meet the store's requirements.

Qualifications and Experience of Sales Associate:

• Although advantageous, having worked in retail or customer service previously is not obligatory.
• Advanced communication skills and a strong commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
• Demonstrating competency in following guidelines and independently completing assignments.
• Proficiency in standing, walking, carrying, and lifting items throughout the assigned hours.
• Being amenable to working on diverse days, such as weekends and holidays.
• The preference is for candidates with a high school diploma or a similar alternative.
