Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will help build customer loyalty by maintaining efficient operations and providing excellent service. Your key responsibilities include:

• Welcome, assist, and thank customers promptly with professionalism and courtesy.
• Recommend products to enhance the shopping experience.
• Stock and rotate department items to ensure freshness and proper date control.
• Use supplies effectively to minimize waste and control costs.
• Operate equipment and tools safely and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while reporting equipment issues or hazards to management.
• Notify management of theft, shoplifting, unauthorized discounts, or policy violations.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check.
