Checkout Coordinator hold the responsibility of providing quick, personable, and precise checkout services to our customers.They greet and guide customers in locating products while also assisting in bagging their purchases.Utilizing computerized cash register systems, cashiers conduct transactions by weighing, scanning, and processing items.Qualified individuals will aid in the upkeep of checkout stands and the surrounding spaces, as well as carry out any other tasks directed by management, which may include returning products to their designated shelves.

Responsibilities of Checkout Coordinator:

• Offer a cordial and polished welcome to customers
• Complete the checkout process by accurately scanning, weighing, and handling items
• Execute transactions involving cash, credit, debit, and digital payments accurately
• Facilitate customer requests for receipts, refunds, exchanges, or credit vouchers
• Deal with minor customer grievances or escalate them to a supervisor for resolution
