Job Summary of Senior Manager:

Join Walmart to lead the design and development of omnichael commerce products that support millions of customers across pharmacy, optical, and clinical services. This position, focuses on creating personalized, seamless customer experiences both online and in stores. You will shape the strategy, design direction, and team culture in a fast paced, iovation driven environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Senior Manager:

• Lead a team in designing best-in-class omni-chael customer experiences.
• Develop and implement strategic UX plans across digital and in-store products.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration through design sprints, journey mapping, and rapid prototyping.
• Leverage user research, data, and analytics to inform design decisions and improve customer engagement.
• Recruit and mentor design talent, contributing to a high-performing design team culture.
• Drive end-to-end product design with attention to detail and user inclusion.
• Champion Design Thinking across the organization to elevate the product development process.

Qualifications and Experience of Senior Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Product Design, Computer Science, or a related field and 5 years of relevant experience; or 7 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating elegant and effective UX design solutions.
• Proficient in modern UX practices and tools for responsive, mobile-first design across platforms.
• Experience with ecommerce, agile methodologies, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Skilled in data-driven decision-making and using insights to improve design performance.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.

Salary:

Aual salary range: $110,000.00 - $220,000.00, plus eligibility for performance based bonuses and stock options.
