Key duties, obligations, and primary accountabilities:

• Responds to queries and proposes bakery options. Deals with customer calls and organizes individualized orders.
• Carries out the baking and finishing of all bakery products in accordance with the handling instructions for each item, making use of ovens and related appliances. Consults bakery production schedules to ascertain production quantities and display necessities. Prepares items for the next day's operations.

• Inspects, accepts, and arranges bakery deliveries for storage. Implements protocols for the proper rotation and storage of bakery inventory in alignment with food safety, freshness, and product handling guidelines.
• Maintains the quality assurance of products by regularly examining for freshness and compliance with company standards. Implements procedures for managing expired inventory in line with company policies.
• Generates bakery goods labels and price tickets and undertakes price checks as needed. Ensures precise pricing for all items.
• Maintains the hygiene and sanitation of bakery machinery, showcase fixtures, and food preparation surfaces, such as stoves, cooking tools, refrigerators, display shelves, and work tables.
• Conducts operations and oversees bakery machinery utilizing correct working methodologies as outlined by safety policies and procedures.
• Upholds the club's policies and operating procedures.
• Executes additional obligations as delegated, which could entail contributing to different sections when necessary.
• Consistent, foreseeable, uninterrupted attendance is crucial for this job.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a bakery or customer service-driven atmosphere is desirable.
• Background in bakery products preferred.
• It is required to be at least 18 years old.

Environmental Job Conditions:
