Associate Supervisor

Role and Responsibilities:

Collaborating in the coordination of store operations and human resources management to ensure operational excellence:

• Understand the workings of diverse store areas and provide support as needed
• Contribute to the collective responsibility for driving the store's performance in both operational and human resource areas
• Implement scheduling methods to improve staffing effectiveness and align with business priorities
• Supervise protocols for security, maintenance, safety, and sanitation to ensure a well-functioning environment
• Oversee ordering procedures and inventory management systems
• Handle administrative tasks and human resource-related duties

Required Capabilities and Experience:

• Ability to learn and manage various operational areas within a retail environment
