Role and Responsibilities:
The Product Picker plays an essential role in ensuring online grocery orders are filled accurately and efficiently. You will select, organize, and prepare items for pickup or delivery while maintaining the highest standards for freshness and quality.
- Pick and pack online grocery orders with care, ensuring both accuracy and product freshness.
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
- Select items according to order details while maintaining store quality and presentation standards.
- Prepare and arrange orders for timely pickup or delivery.
- Manage product substitutions properly and communicate updates to customers as needed.
- Monitor inventory and report any shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Assist with other store responsibilities, including restocking, organizing products, and helping customers as required.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional and approachable attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to assist across departments and handle new tasks as needed.
- Basic computer skills for managing orders and tracking inventory.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in grocery, retail, or warehouse operations is beneficial but not required.
