Job Summary of Retail Customer Assistant:

As a Retail Customer Assistant at Winn-Dixie, you will play an important role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. You’ll greet, assist, and thank customers in a prompt, courteous, and friendly manner while packing purchases to prevent damage and helping carry or push groceries to their cars. Hiring Immediately.

Responsibilities of Retail Customer Assistant:

• Demonstrate continuous dedication to addressing customer requirements.
• Interact with, aid, and show appreciation towards customers in a kind and pleasant demeanor.
• Safely pack the customer's orders to prevent any harm or breakage during shipping.
• Deliver groceries from the store to the customer's car by pushing a shopping cart.
• Scrutinize the charges of products in every category.
• Notify management of situations involving associate theft, shoplifting by customers, unauthorized mark-downs, defacement of property, or any other activities that are illegal or go against company regulations.
• Conduct other assigned work duties as necessary.

Qualifications of Retail Customer Assistant:

• Match the age requirements outlined by both statutory provisions and company guidelines to perform job functions.
• Proficiency in English language comprehension, written expression, and verbal communication.
• Facility in understanding and adhering to instructions provided in English.
