Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver prompt and friendly service by greeting, assisting, and thanking customers.
• Recommend products when appropriate to enhance the customer experience.
• Stock and rotate merchandise to ensure freshness and accurate date control.
• Use supplies efficiently to minimize waste and manage costs effectively.
• Operate department tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized; immediately report hazards or equipment concerns to management.
• Inform management of theft, shoplifting, unauthorized markdowns, or other policy violations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Capable of following written and verbal instructions.
• Authorization to work in the United States or eligibility to obtain authorization.
• Successful completion of background check and pre-employment drug screening.
