A Meat Processing Cutter has a keen eye for Food Safety and Sanitation and will be able to help in stocking, production, and merchandising while offering unmatched customer service.

Responsibilities for Meat Processing Cutter:

• Structuring, dividing, refining, sectioning, quantifying, packaging, and indicating complying with standards for excellence, volume, product freshness, and observing food safety and sanitation criteria.
• Implementing accurate methods for handling, cutting, trimming, and wrapping can aid in governing product shrinkage and decreasing inventory expenses.
• Improving sales by furnishing customers with superior and supportive product information.
• Employing proper techniques with meat department tools and machinery, such as knives, saws, wrapping machine, tenderizer, patty maker, and grinder, while maintaining safety standards.
• Comprehending the significance of accurately employing and tracking product pricing, signage, and positioning.
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the meat counter, service cases, and self-service areas.
• Assisting in the preparation of convenient meat options that are pre-cooked and ready for consumption.
• Preparing, weighing, and showcasing deli meats and cheeses at the counter.
• Organizing goods according to deli department and merchandising principles. Fulfilling customer orders promptly and ensuring their satisfaction with the products received.
