Job Summary of Cash Operations Associate:

Cash Operations Associate are tasked with delivering fast, welcoming, and accurate checkout experiences for our customers.They greet and support customers in finding products within the store and by packaging their purchases.Operating computerized cash register systems, cashiers handle the weighing, scanning, and processing of transactions.Qualified individuals will assist in cleaning the checkout areas and their surroundings, as well as handling any other tasks delegated by management, such as returning items to their respective shelves.

Responsibilities of Cash Operations Associate:

• Extend a warm and professional greeting to visitors
• Perform correct scanning, weighing, and processing of items with accuracy and efficiency during checkout
• Manage cash, credit, debit, and online payments following the appropriate procedures
• Respond to customer inquiries by facilitating receipts, refunds, exchanges, or store credit transactions
• Sort out minor customer concerns or escalate them to a higher level for proper management
