Stock the fresh, frozen, and self-serve areas ensuring items are rotated correctly.
Help meat cutters by scraping and traying products, cubing steaks, and grinding meat to create ground meat products.
Get meat delivery, designate code, rearrange, and store in the proper storage area.
Ensure a hygienic environment by washing, rinsing, and sanitizing all cases, wrap stations, scaling tools, cooler, and cutting space, with the added responsibility of disassembling and reassembling equipment in those areas.
Qualifications of Meat Sales Clerk:
